- 1. Insurance Survey:
On land, together with concerned specialists, we are involved in survey and inspection on insurance assets, i.e. inspection & evaluation on insurance property prior to insurance, to submit reports to insurance company as the reference for issuing the Policy.¡¡
At sea, we furnish insurance survey on vessels and goods, as well as survey & responsibility souring on marine accidents, e.g. goods damage claim, ship collision accidents, general average.
- 2. Loading/Unloading:
Importer/exporter, ship owner/charterer are the type of client who normally commissions as loading/unloading survey. In this survey, the surveyor act as client's port agent and supervise the loading/unloading process from beginning to end. Cargo condition & tally is the focus of this survey, but the surveyor also examines the stowage & storage status of the cargo through the eyes of a professional, and monitor stevedore's handing closely to protect client's interest. Photos are normally taken on site and attached to the survey report.
- 3. On Site Inspection:
This service satisfies overseas importer/exporter's needs whose trade contract requires site inspection ex work or on arrival at site. Normally it is done in the form if open case inspection, and the surveyor acts as importer/exporter's inspection representative who jointly conduct the site inspection with the other party. The nature of inspection is similar to loading/unloading survey, only inspection site moves from port yard to factory or construction site.
